Overview
A one-day course offering a range of tools, structures, and strategies to 'get the job done' in Year 6. Securing age-related and higher expectations that will place your school’s performance in the best position nationally. This course is applicable to experienced teachers of Year 6 as well as those new to the year group.School Impact

• Have used ECM tools to secure curriculum planning as well as revision timetabling to ensure comprehensive coverage and standards by May 2025.
• Have an overview of the national implications for teaching and learning based on the current KS2 test outcomes and the latest government guidance for the academic year 2023-24.
• Have a range of strategies and resources to use in the classroom that will challenge all pupils, including the most able.
• Have reflected on your cohort and identified children and areas of learning that you will need to focus on between now and May.
