The Golden Triangle is a really simple concept that binds three crucial conditions for effective learning with the authenticity, strength and warmth of the relationships that bring them together.

School Impact

It’s not a rocket science idea and certainly not a single revolutionary discovery. In schools we have understood and worked on each of these ideas in isolation for many years. But, considering them linked together has proved to be a powerful and defining contributor to our school culture.

We have used this concept as a pedagogical guide for teaching, learning and behaviour policy, a simple observation checklist, a diagnostic tool for school improvement planning and the foundation of the coaching conversations between both children and adults.
