Overview
This course is designed for subject leaders and senior leaders. It takes course delegates through both the methodology of a deep dive on inspection, as well as a practical approach to planning, timetabling, and delivering a deep dive in their subject within your school.School Impact

By the end of this training, you will:
• Have a full set of NEW monitoring and evaluation materials, including for DEEP DIVES;
• Be clear about how to demonstrate the quality of pupil outcomes through monitoring & a triangulated approach, using ‘DEEP DIVE’ monitoring in Core & Foundation Subjects;
• Work through a connected ‘DEEP DIVE’ in your subject using ECM material and be clear about how to conduct this effectively in your school;
• Have familiarised yourself with new monitoring material through ECM’s Monitoring Supporting Documents (developed through the latest educational research).
