This is an opportunity for Subject Leaders to receive updates on key messages and current documentation related to the national picture. Following this, there will be a subject knowledge-focused input based on current national or local themes, which can then be taken back to school.

• Have secure subject knowledge around key national and local issues within your subject.

• Have a suggested 'route map' for CPD linked to the identified focus.

Complete a key task related to your subject leader role (e.g., data analysis, action planning, etc.) and be well-prepared for a middle leader interview.
