At the end of this training, leaders will be ready to work with all staff and governors on the final stage of the SIP/ SDP. In addition, leaders will be ready to outline their monitoring calendar and efficient systems and arrangements for IMPACTFUL monitoring & evaluation.

Have the first draft of the key aspects of their School Impact/ Development Plan linked to the Inspection Framework (SIP/ SDP).

Be confident that there is a clear thread between self-evaluation and strategic planning and be able to give succinct and clear account for this.

Leaders will establish:
• Sharply focused measurable ‘success criteria’ defining clarity of end points for the year.
• Key Priority Focus Areas for 2024-25 linked to the Inspection Framework headings.
