Overview

A course designed to provide leaders with a deeper understanding of the 10 Principles of Instruction and practical ideas to translate theory into practice as a tool to support improved pupil and professional outcomes.

• An understanding of Oliver Cavigioli’s work based on the Rosenshine’s 10 Key Principles
• Consider models of effective practice through Tom Sherrington’s WALKTHRUs including questioning techniques
• Have developed an action plan to ensure lasting impact in your school
